That's It Folks!

After four great years together and some amazing shows the band has finally decided to split.

We would like to thank all of our fans, friends and families that have been SO supportive over the years. You made this band special!

We have one final gig to perform at the Hobbit on the 26th May. It promises to be a memorable show and the four of us intend to make it our best performance yet. Please see our gig page for further details.

It's been one hell of a ride and the four of us have had some great times, thank you again and farewell!

Talk of New Album and Special Shows

First of all we should tell you that we have a load of new gigs booked and added to the gigs page. It's what we do so it's pretty important to mention it.

The band has discussed the possibility of recording a new double album sometime early summer. It will contain all of our latest tunes (all 25 of the buggers) plus any further that we write in the meantime. We'll keep you posted.

We shall also be doing a special evening where we will perform the whole of Nirvana's album "Nervermind" from start to finish. Now before you start shouting "God, that is sooooo cliché. A local band doing Nirvana covers, that sounds rubbish! What a stupid idea.", just wait a second my friend. Nirvana are awesome, that whole album was amazing AND Timshel is the only band that will be able to pull it off perfectly. Unlike other local bands that play Nirvana covers and all you want to do is punch them in the balls. Think about it, it's going to be ruddy good!

And one last thing...Paul bought a storm trooper helmet recently (Yeah? And?!) and has been practicing his Star Wars medley while wearing it. Coming to stage near you soon, probably the funniest thing you'll ever see.

Supporting Larry Miller

We are supporting Larry Miller, the UK’s response to Stevie Ray Vaughan, on Friday 25th January at the Tivoli Theatre in Wimborne.

If you would like to book tickets (we really recommend you do as they will probably sell out) please telephone the Box Office on 01202 885566.

You can book a ride on a minibus leaving Southampton, being organised by the band, by emailing band@timshel-band.co.uk and asking for details.

If you would like to view the gig details then please follow the links from the Wimborne Theatre website here.

Further details can be found on the Gigs Page.

New Songs, Gig Date and New Sows

The gig advertised to be on the 11th November at the Royal Oak has been moved to Saturday the 10th November instead. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this and hope to see you there.

We've just added two new gigs to our list of up coming shows including one where we are supporting the great Larry Miller. Check out the Gigs Page. to find out further details.

We've added a new selection of tracks, taken from both of our current albums, which are now available on the Downloads Page. We hope you enjoy them. An MP3 player has also been added to the website allowing you to listen to these songs without having to download them first.

Total Rock Radio Play

The internet radio station TotalRock.com recently played a few of our tracks on their unsigned band show 'New World Order'. We would like to thank the DJ Thekla for her kind words about the music and her support, we really appreciated it and are chuffed to bits she enjoyed the tunes!

If you want to check out this radio station then you can also visit their myspace site at www.myspace.com/totalrockradio.

New Albums and Gigs

First of all a big thank you to all those who came to see us perform at the Wedgewood rooms last weekend, it wouldn't have been much of a show without you! We would also like to thank our replacement drummer who stood in for Rob at the Wedge, he only had a few rehearsals to get up to speed but did a brilliant job!

We now have copies of our two new albums, entitled 'Keeping Me Home' and 'Burnt Fingers', for sale at any of our shows. These albums contain our best material to date and will be going fast so please speak to a band member at a gig as soon as possible to ensure a copy!

We also have three new gigs coming up in Southampton and Reading so check out the Gigs page for further details.

ROCK SOUND REVIEW + Album Launch Night

The National music magazine Rock Sound has just reviewed our album Parus Majors in their August issue (available in most newsagents). The album is featured in the demo section on page 79 and they seemed to like it a lot! We received a 7/10 which we are told is pretty darn high with 8/10 and higher being very difficult to reach for any unsigned band. If you wish to read the review please click here for a scanned image of the page (we are in the bottom left).

Well it's finally happening...we will be launching two new albums on the 28th July at the Wedgewood Rooms. The two albums are called "Burnt Fingers" and "Keeping Me Home" and contain some of the best music we have written so far!

We will be headlining with great support from Savage Jazz, Skyline Heroes, Ninja Biscuits and Brannegans Law. It promises to be a great night so book your tickets now!

New Performances Booked Plus CD's

First of all we would just like to thank our friend who helped organise the Wishbone Ash support gig last Friday as we had an amazing time and response from the hard core Wishbone Ash fans. Photo's should be added to the website soon.

We are playing two gigs at the end of this month at the Hobbit, both are for charity and promise to be great shows. We should also have new cd's for sale from our latest recordings, this compilation is called Burnt Fingers and contains the latest from our recording adventures.

Supporting Wishbone Ash

This Friday we are supporting Wishbone Ash at the Tivoli Theatre in Wimborne. We will be performing for half an hour in front of a nearly sold out audience (there is still time to purchase tickets!) and we are all very excited about it. Please try and come along to support us as this promises to be a great gig. Hopefully see you there!

NEW ALBUM!

The band is excited to announce that one of our new albums (Album 2 of a pair, it is yet to be named) is now available for download, FOR FREE, from our Music/Video Page. We think you are going to love these songs and would really like to hear your opinions using our forum or Guestbook.

We have some gigs booked finally! Sorry for the lack of live performance recently but it's been tricky getting bookings. We will try not to leave it so long next time.
